Let's begin right where you are...
Life can feel loud, heavy, or uncertain
You don't need to fix anything.
You don't need to have the answers.
Just pause for a moment......
Give yourself permission to simply be here.
You don't need to know what you need yet—just notice what feels right for you now.
Let's quiet your mind first →Or simply keep exploring......
Take your time.
There are no right words, or perfect place to begin.
Just notice what feels closest to how you're feeling today.
That's enough.
One small moment of relief can be a beautiful place to begin.
Let's quiet your mind first →What feels most like you today?
Choose the doorway that feels closest to how you're feeling today.
Stay as long as you need. The Sanctuary will be here when you're ready.
The Sanctuary
One breath. one direction. one gentle next step.
You don't have to walk through the whole forest. Today we're simply planting one healthy tree at a time. — Sol

A gentle reminder
You may be carrying more than one person was ever meant to carry.
You don't need to figure everything out now......
Your next gentle step
Stay right here.If you can, simply pause for a few minutes— I'll guide you.
Take a slow, deep breath in, then breathe out even more slowly then you took the breathe in. Repeat this four more times. (a total of 5-times)
Now let your jaw soften. Let your shoulders drop and take another slow breath.
If it feels right, gently bring your attention to what's around you.
Notice:
-
5 things you can see
-
4 things you can touch
-
3 things you can hear
-
2 things you can smell
-
1 thing you can taste
Sometimes creating a little space around you helps create a little more space within you.
You may be overloaded, but you are not broken.

Not every thought needs your attention.
Sometimes the mind keeps searching because it is trying to protect you, solve something, or find certainty, whihch means you don't need to fight every thought.
Sometimes the kindest thing you can do is acknowledge it, and let it go...
Your next gentle step
Just pause, and if you can, follow me for a few minutes—I'll guide you.
Take a deep, slow breath in, allowing your breathe out slowly. Repeat this two more times.
Now gently ask yourself: "What thought keeps taking my attention right now?"
Acknowledge it, don't analysis it, judge it, or try to solve it—just notice it.
Now picture yourself placing that thought on a leaf, give it a gentle push, now watch it float away.
You don't need to chase it, or try to hold onto it, just let it be.
The thought is safe as it drifts away—quietly say thank you.

• Replaying conversations or situations
• Trying to predict every possible outcome
• Difficulty making decisions
• Feeling stuck between choices
• Mentally feeling exhausted from thinking
I just want a quiet mind
Why am I so tired all the time?
You might be noticing
• Low energy
• Difficulty concentrating
• Feeling heavy or drained
• Lack of motivation
• Feeling like you’re running on empty
• Waking up feeling tired
• Finding it difficult to fully rest or recharge
I don't know how to keep going like this
A gentle reminder
Rest is not something you need to earn.
Sometimes we feel exhausted because we have been to much for too long, not giving ourselves what we need; I refer to this as not filling our cup full enough.... for a long time.
We must give ourselves permisision to pause, and listen to our own needs.
Begin with one small moment of kindness towards yourself is okay, becuase we don't need to solve everything today.
Your next gentle step
Pause, and just be. If you can, simply stay this was for a few minutes—I'll guide you.
Take a long, deep, slow breath in. (only do what you can though), then breathe our softly and slowly. Repeat 4-more times. And trhen gently ask yourself: What do I need right now?We are not talking tomorrow or next week. Just right now. If something comes up, allow it in—no judgement. If it feels right, choose one small act of care:
- Stretch or gently move your body.
- Out in the sunshine, go for a short walk, or sit and imagine yourself moving through a peaceful space noticing what you see, feel and smellwithout taking it on board.
- Close your eyes, and allow yourself to rest for a moment.
- Enjoy a cuppa or a glass of water.
- Give gratitutde to yourself for doing an act of self-kindness.
Small moments of kindness towards yourself can create meaningful shifts.
If ongoing tiredness, exhaustion, changes in your energy, or concerns about your wellbeing continue, it may be helpful to speak with an appropriately qualified health professional who can provide individual guidance and support.

Your mind is not doing something wrong.
It has probably been working too hard for a long time—a busy mind doesn't always need to be silenced, sometimes it just needs a safe place to rest.
I swith off my mind?
Your next gentle step
If you can, simply pause for a few minutes—I'll guide you through this simple mindfulness practice.
Look around and choose 1-object near you.( a cup, plant, book, tree, or anything) that catches your attention.
Just notice:
what colours you see?
The shape of the object?
What textures can you notice?
What details do you see that you haven't seen before?
Now bring your attention back to your breathing and notice the rise and fall of your breathe and the feeling of your feet connect to the ground again, that 1-sound, and just pause.
Your mind does not need to chase every thought, allow yourself to gently teach your attention where you would like it to rest.
Your mind does not need to be empty, it just needs somewhere to rest.
A mind that struggles to slow down is failure.attention, kindness and care, becuase sometimes our minds get stuck in high alert mode.

A gentle reminder
Clarity often comes through movement and not always before and feeling stuck does not mean you have failed... Simple.
Sometimes we feel stuck because we have been trying to perfect everything without just taking the first step.
Your next gentle step
If you can, simply pause for a few minutes — I'll guide you.
Take a deep breath in, hold Allow your breath to soften and ask yourself: What is one small thing I know I can do? Not the whole plan, or the perfect solution.
Just one small step.
Now ask: If I trusted myself 1% more today, what would I choose?
Does any thing come up for you? It's okay if not, however, if something does, sit with it, maybe write it doen when you have time to come back to it—you do not need to act on everything immediately.
Sometimes the first step is just reconnecting with your own inner knowing.
What feels like being stuck may sometimes be a moment of transition—a seed doesn't look like a tree while it is growing.....

Sometimes we lose sight of ourselves while taking care of everything and everyone else.
Life becomes busy, responsibilities grow, and before we realise it, our attention has been given to almost everything except ourselves.
Finding yourself again isn't about becoming someone new. It's about creating enough space to hear your own voice again, reconnect with what matters, and remember...
You matter too.
Your next gentle step
Could you please just stop, breathe, and focus on your a few minutes, if you can — I'll guide you.
How do I find myself again?
You might be noticing
• Feeling disconnected from yourself
• Wondering where "you" went
• Struggling to make decisions
• Feeling lost or uncertain
• Longing for more peace, purpose or clarity
• Feeling like you've been living on autopilot
"I miss the person I used to be."
Why am I so tired all the time?
You might be noticing
• Feeling tense or unsettled
• Your thoughts are moving faster than you like
• Feeling pressure build all around you
• Difficulty slowing down, or relaxing
• Feeling like you need a moment to reset
• Wanting to feel steady again
I just need a moment to breathe
A gentle reminder
Stress can make everything feel more urgent than it really is and it's our kindest first step not to solve the whole situation right now can allow you to see more clearly..
Whne you create enough space to meet yourself where you are, you quickly realise you don't need to have all the answers right now. You may even see you need to set some boundaries. First, create the calm, dtart with just a moment, a pause, or 5-deep slow breathes in and out.
Your next gentle step
Give yourself permission to pause for a few minutes — I'll guide you.
Place one hand gently on your heart, or somewhere else that feels comfortable.
Take in a deep slow breath to the count of 4, hold to the count of 4, then slowly breathe out to the count of four, then hold to the count of 4, you have just completed the box breathe.
Repeat this 3 or 5-times, whatever alignss.
Now gently notice:
- What can I see around me?
- What can I hear?
- What can I feel?
Bring yourself back to the moment and ask yourself: What is one thing I can give myself right now?
Maybe it is a pause. Maybe a glass of water, stepping outside, or just permission to stop pushing forward for a moment.
You don't have to fight your stress, you can begin by creating a kinder relationship with the moment you are in, one gentle breathe at a time.

SIMPLE GROUNDING
Sometimes the simplest things really can help.
Stepping outside for a few moments noticing the world around you can be a beautiful way to reconnect with your 'now' state. It's also as simple as finding a natural surface that feels right — grass, water, soil, sand, stone or timber.
Allow yourself to feel supported and take note of your breathing, close your eye if you choose and begin to feel your feet and hands choose whatever has contact with the surface. No just pbe still and listen for the furthest sound you can hear, and then gently notice the closest sound. Look around and name the first thing you feel connected too.
My favourite grounding practice is to hug a tree. I love doing this. I actually have a very old tree on my property - I'm so grateful for her.
Sometimes nature has a beautiful way of reminding us that we don't have to carry everything alone, Mother Gaia is always listening.
