 Have you ever looked around and realised you've been giving so much of yourself that you've forgotten to check in with you?

A few months ago, I shared how I’d lost sight of my own worth. How I was running on empty, giving from a place that was already bone-dry.

Now, here’s the beautiful part; I’m finding my way back. Not in a perfect, Instagram-ready “after” picture. But in the quiet, steady rhythm of showing up for myself.

A walk whenever I can. Feeling the fresh air on my skin. Breathing deeply. Meditating. Listening. Letting my phone stay asleep a little longer.

And I’ve noticed something.

The fog that used to cloud my thoughts has lifted. Even my body started responding. My skin is clearer. My shoulders softened. The tension I carried began to release. My shoulders aren’t so tight. And the quick spark of anger that used to flare at the smallest things? It’s been replaced with something softer - joy, contentment, even laughter.

It’s not perfect. Some days I skip the walk. Some days I eat the chocolate before breakfast. Some days I still feel small. But here’s what’s different now: I find my way back to myself faster. I know I’m worth the time it takes. I know I’m worth the love I give myself.

This is a daily choice. A daily remembering.

Because worth isn’t something you “find” once and keep forever - it’s something you nurture, protect, and feed every single day.
